Cloudflare in Austin, TX seeks an Oracle Procurement Lead to architect and drive our global S2P ecosystem, spanning Oracle Fusion and Zip orchestration. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Oracle Procurement and 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement, with strong API integration experience and AI governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Contracts).
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Ability to map complex cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
• Certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement module.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem, ensuring system scalability, security, and seamless interoperability between Zip and Oracle Fusion.
• Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
• Act as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion Procurement. Build complex intake workflows and configure Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle to match.
• Own the functional health of the Oracle procurement systems integration. Monitor data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data, Compliance screening, ensuring that in-flight changes in one system are accurately reflected in the other.
• Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting. Translate high-level business policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
• Ensure that the System of Record (Oracle) remains audit-ready. Manage mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between Zip and the Oracle GL.
• Manage the quarterly update cycles for Oracle. Conduct impact assessments on new features to ensure no disruption to the integrated workflow.
• Lead the adoption and governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents, ensuring compliant, auditable automation within the S2P process.
• Oversee the full lifecycle management within Oracle Fusion, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion supplier master data, trade management workflows, and complex approval hierarchies for global procurement.
