Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in procurement operations or procurement systems.
• Strong experience in Purchase to Pay processes and ERP systems; cloud ERP platforms preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading system implementations or major enhancements.
• Exposure to AI-driven tools, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the expansion and ongoing improvement of agentic AI solutions within procurement operations.
• Own and manage all procurement-related enhancements within PeopleSoft and related processes.
• Drive ERP cloud transformation efforts and guide cross-functional ERP project teams.
• Provide ongoing system support, documentation, and training materials.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure system performance and process improvements.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
