Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns participate in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers, developing throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with ongoing college enrollment.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP/I activities and vendor spend analytics; present after internship.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects.
• Complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality of member privacy.
• Attend development workshops and participate in track assignments.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
