You will supervise procurement activities, guide negotiations, and optimize supplier performance to ensure timely, cost-effective purchases aligned with safety and regulatory standards.

The role collaborates across operations, maintenance, and engineering to define requirements, manage supplier risk, and drive continuous improvement in procurement

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and service agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise procurement and sourcing activities for materials, equipment, and services supporting downstream and upstream operations.
• Lead negotiations and contract management for high-value sourcing initiatives.
• Implement sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, quality, delivery, and supplier reliability.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement process including bid preparation, supplier evaluation, contracts, and POs.
• Provide day-to-day direction to procurement personnel to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Establish relationships with strategic suppliers and service providers for continuity.
