Job summary

Caturus Management Services, LLC in Houston seeks an experienced Upstream Contracts Lead to independently manage upstream contracts across their full lifecycle, from strategy development through closeout. You will collaborate with Operations, Drilling, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and HSE to ensure alignment with objectives and policy compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
10+ years of contract management, commercial, supply chain, or procurement experience within oil and gas.
Upstream E&P experience strongly preferred.
Experience developing category strategies, sourcing, and commercial model development.
Negotiating, drafting, and administering complex upstream contracts.

Responsibilities

Independently develop category strategies, RFPs, bid packages, and contract documentation.
Lead strategic sourcing, model development, and negotiations for drilling, completions, production, facilities, logistics, and other upstream service agreements.
Review redlines, issue logs, analyses, and risk assessments; negotiate terms within delegated authority.
Manage contracts and supply chain from award through execution, ensuring compliance.
Administer MSAs, work orders, purchase orders, and service contracts in collaboration with legal.
