Job summary

TiC Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement to lead enterprise-wide strategy, sourcing, and supplier management from our Houston office. The role drives cost savings, standardizes controls, and aligns purchasing with business needs across the organization.

You will negotiate complex contracts, collaborate with legal, finance, and operations, and implement governance to improve spend visibility and procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience leading enterprise procurement functions, strategic sourcing operations, and high-value contract negotiations.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders to forecast purchasing needs and implement governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies and sourcing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with suppliers covering MSAs, pricing, SOWs, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to safeguard organizational interests.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives and procurement efficiencies across units.
• Streamline purchasing workflows to eliminate redundancies and increase agility.
• Manage supplier performance through formal reviews and metrics; address escalations.
• Assess and mitigate supplier risk, regulatory exposures, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to forecast demands and integrate procurement roadmaps into planning.
• Establish and govern procurement policies, internal controls, and dashboards for spend visibility.
