TAS Energy is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing operations, optimize procurement strategies, and manage supplier relationships in a Houston-based environment. You will analyze costs, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and develop the procurement team to deliver high-quality goods and services on time.

Candidates need 5–7 years in procurement, an engineering or supply chain background, and strong data analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration

Formación

• 5–7 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management experience.
• Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Familiarity with sourcing software and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sourcing and category management strategies.
• Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenditure.
• Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
• Review and manage supplier contracts for feasibility and compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Lead and develop the procurement team to high performance.
