Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance).
• 0–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience.
• Strong Excel data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and supplier activities for assigned commodities, supporting supplier selection, pricing analysis, and procurement strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving cost reduction, quality, delivery, and performance objectives.
• Research market trends, industry developments, and material costs to identify risks and opportunities within the supply base.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development to support new product launches and sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain procurement data, supplier records, purchase information, and BOM accuracy.
• Support supplier negotiations, quotation management, and continuous improvement efforts.
