Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support procurement and supply chain on hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will work with project teams to source materials, coordinate supplier relationships, and track delivery of critical equipment and services.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and attention to detail to align procurement with project budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, construction, operations, or project coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, purchasing practices, logistics, and record keeping.
• Ability to support schedules, material tracking, PO management, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities across planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout on large-scale projects.
• Assist with sourcing, supplier solicitation, bid evaluations, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate material and equipment purchases with project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain procurement logs, vendor records, purchase orders, and communications.
• Support vendor and subcontractor relationship management and risk identification.
• Contribute to procurement forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution.
