Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support hyperscale data center projects. You will work with project managers, field leaders, and finance to forecast costs, track budgets, and maintain reporting systems that enable proactive decision-making.

Success requires strong analytical ability, financial awareness, and attention to detail, with travel up to 75% and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in project controls, management, cost controls, scheduling, or accounting.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical infra projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, and project performance analysis.
• Maintain budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and dashboards.
• Analyze project costs, productivity trends, and reporting accuracy.
• Support monthly forecasting cycles and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting, procurement, scheduling, and field teams.
• Support startup, execution, commissioning, turnover, and closeout reporting.
