Rosendin Electric is seeking a Procurement Specialist to optimize the purchase of electrical equipment, construction materials, and subcontracts across projects. You will plan, forecast, source, and procure inventory with the Procurement Department, focusing on value and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of electrical materials, procurement policies, and strong communication skills. This role offers growth in a leading Employee-Owned contractor with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
• Knowledge of procurement techniques, procedures, policies, and accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
• Review and source materials in line with company procedures.
• Solicit quotations from vendors and present findings to management.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders per procedures.
• Track and expedite existing orders; update scheduling in procurement system.
• Support estimating with vendor budgetary quotations for bids.
• Solicit and prepare submittals for project managers.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
• Understand the general scope of work; adapt duties as needed.
