Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Anaheim seeks a Procurement Specialist to purchase electrical equipment, construction materials, and subcontracts. You will manage, plan, forecast, and expedite procurement across multiple suppliers to meet project needs.

You’ll solicit quotations, analyze value, generate purchase orders, track orders, and support estimating by obtaining budget quotes. Knowledge of electrical materials and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‐paced business environment with electrical procurement experience.
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Receive verbal and written requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
• Review and source materials and equipment per company practices and procedures.
• Solicit quotations from vendors and present findings to management for best economic value.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders per procedures.
• Track and expedit e orders; update scheduling in procurement system.
• Support estimating by contacting vendors for budgetary quotations for bids.
• Prepare submittal documentation to support project managers.
