Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchases of electrical equipment and construction materials for multiple projects. You will forecast needs, source materials, solicit quotations, and issue subcontracts in alignment with company procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment and electrical construction procurement.
Knowledge of procurement techniques, procedures, policies, and accounting.

Responsibilities

Receive requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
Review, source materials and equipment in accordance with established practices; solicit quotations from vendors.
Generate and distribute purchase orders per company procedures.
Track and expediting of orders; update scheduling in procurement system.
Support estimating with budgetary quotations for materials and equipment.
