Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities for project materials and equipment.
• Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and manage supplier relationships for quality and performance.
• Coordinate logistics for timely delivery to construction sites.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify procurement risks and drive resolution.
• Use ERP systems to track procurement activity.
• Resolve supplier and delivery issues to maintain progress.
