Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of purchasing, planning, or relevant supply chain experience. APICS or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear and confident communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Sound judgment with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with supplier contracts, sourcing strategies, and inventory planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchase orders from requisitions and schedules.
• Monitor order status, resolve delivery issues, and communicate impacts to planners and project managers.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment and compliance with site requirements.
• Analyze and update system data for cost, lead times, safety stock, and reorder parameters.
• Identify supply risks and propose alternatives to ensure continuous material flow.
• Conduct RFx activities for non-strategic items to meet project goals.
