Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Estimator to lead cost planning and bid development for multi-year design and construction projects. This onsite role is available in Houston, TX or Overland Park, KS, focusing on labor needs, data analysis, and cost control.

You will collaborate with engineers, procurement, scheduling, and management to drive process improvements, maintain cost databases, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Accounting, Engineering, or equivalent; combination of work and education may be substituted.
• 5+ years of project controls experience with multi-year design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Create spreadsheets to track customer information and estimates.
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
• Update customer information in a database.
• Organize data in spreadsheets.
• Verify outdated data and update records.
• Prepare management reports highlighting trends and predictions.
• Coordinate with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvements.
• Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Coordinate bidding efforts with procurement, scheduling, and project development teams.
