ManpowerGroup is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a defense and aerospace technology client in Phoenix, AZ. You will support cross-functional program, engineering, pricing, and supplier management teams, executing FAR 15 subcontracts and guiding negotiations.

The role requires at least 3 years in procurement, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and US citizenship. A hybrid schedule is available after 90 days on assignment, with exposure to complex subcontracting and supplier strategy.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, contracts & legal, business, or finance.
• US Citizen required due to contractual requirements.
• Experience supporting or executing FAR 15 subcontracting activities.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand and negotiate contract terms and conditions.

Our client, a defense and aerospace technology company, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the Strategic Sourcing/Procurement department supporting cross-functional program, engineering, pricing, and supplier management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and collaboration skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenix AZ

Pay Range: $37.04/hour

What’s the Job?
