Job summary

ManpowerGroup, supporting a defense and aerospace organization, seeks a Lead Subcontracts Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead end-to-end FAR15 proposals and subcontracts, negotiate with suppliers, and mentor team members within the Mechanical Assembly Government Sourcing group.

The role requires US Citizenship, 5-7 years in Sourcing/Procurement, and strong negotiation and communication skills; a hybrid schedule is available after 90 days on assignment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business or Finance.
• US Citizen/US Person due to contractual requirements.
• Subcontracting experience with FAR15.
• Strong negotiation skills and processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FAR15 proposals and subcontracts for Honeywell programs.
• Execute FAR15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and regulations.
• Build negotiation positions and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage key program suppliers and develop supplier strategies.
• Mentor and train team members while leading a commodity within the team.
