Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Project Manager to support a large financial services enterprise client in Vienna VA. This role will plan and deliver cross-functional projects that align with strategic goals and operational priorities.

You will develop schedules and budgets, coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and produce dashboards and reports. Hybrid in Vienna VA with an in-person interview required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in managing schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications with increasing autonomy.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and risk management practices across business functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking progress.
• Advanced knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-functional projects that align with business goals and operational priorities.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to support successful delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Apply project management tools and templates to support consistent execution and reporting.
• Identify and elevate project risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support timely and integrated project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and updates for stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards.
• Participate in issue resolution and support project change management activities.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to project knowledge sharing.
• Support the adoption of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with enabling functions to support business readiness and operational alignment.
• Participate in initiative planning and contribute to project coordination efforts.
• Represent the project management function in team-level planning and delivery discussions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
