Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to improve procurement intake processes by developing centralized forms, workflows, and dashboards. You will collaborate with internal customers, program offices, contracting stakeholders, and leadership to enhance data accuracy, triage, and visibility of workload and timelines.

As a federal contracting organization, you may handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must comply with safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting acquisition, procurement intake, or process centralization is a plus.
• Experience developing process documentation, intake forms, dashboards, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain centralized procurement intake forms, workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Review and triage incoming procurement requests; validate documentation and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and guidance for standardized operations.
• Create tracking and reporting tools to show workload, timelines, backlogs, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Provide leadership with actionable insights through recurring and ad hoc reports.
