Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to centralize procurement intake processes, develop standardized workflows, and create tracking solutions. The role coordinates with internal customers, program offices, contracting stakeholders, and leadership to improve intake accuracy, streamline triage, and provide visibility into workload and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting acquisition, procurement intake, or workflow centralization.
• Ability to develop process documentation, intake forms, dashboards, SOPs, and workflow tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain centralized procurement intake forms, workflows, templates, and dashboards.
• Review and triage procurement requests; verify documentation and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, templates, communications, and workflow guidance for consistent operations.
• Build tracking and reporting tools to show workload, timelines, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to improve efficiency and performance.
