ARETUM is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. The role supports Federal clients across Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting.

Responsibilities include requirements analyses, drafting procurement documentation, market research, risk assessments, and capital planning compliance with DHS

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferably in the fields of finance or accounting.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills.
• Must be an exceptional writer.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document requirements analyses.
• Coordinate with business owners to draft procurement request documentation, including statements of work or performance work statements and IGCEs.
• Conduct and document alternatives analyses as well as market research.
• Conduct and document procurement risk assessments.
• Prepare and implement procurement strategies, ensuring compliance with appropriate guidelines.
• Develop Capital Planning and Investment Control documentation and manage the Capital Planning and Investment Control Process in accordance with OMB Circular A-11 as well as applicable DHS instructions.

• Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments
• Ability/Willingness to Travel to Washington, DC occasionally
• Eligibility to receive DHS suitability required. Current DHS Suitability preferred
