Job summary

Aretum seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst to centralize and improve procurement request processes, developing intake tools, standardized workflows, and operational tracking solutions. You will coordinate with internal customers, program offices, contracting stakeholders, and leadership to improve intake accuracy, streamline triage, and provide visibility into workload, risks, and timelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting acquisition, procurement intake, or workflow centralization.
• Experience developing process documentation, intake forms, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination with internal and external partners.
• Technical proficiency with Power BI, SharePoint, or equivalent tools.
• Analytical skills to identify gaps and improve data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain centralized procurement intake forms, workflows, templates, and dashboards to support standardized data collection and routing.
• Review and triage incoming procurement requests; validate documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and process guidance for consistency and efficiency.
• Build and maintain tracking and reporting tools that provide visibility into workload, timelines, and risks.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and provide leadership with actionable insights to improve efficiency.
