Position summary

Responsible for managing the procurement of software purchases in collaboration with the Software Asset Management Team.

Prepare and track purchase requisitions.

Develop reports and metrics to measure adherence to processes, procedures, guidelines, and software license compliance.

Interact with internal leadership within Procurement and across the enterprise to track and forecast software purchases.

Assist Contract Managers with negotiating new and existing software agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of purchase order processes and related accounting concepts.

• 3-8 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, IT, Supply Chain, Software Asset Management, or related fields.

• A college degree is not mandatory; relevant experience or military background demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and organizational skills is acceptable.
