Job summary

Nightingale Education Group is seeking a Specialist III, Procurement to keep our purchasing engine running—turning requests into accurate, compliant purchase orders and ensuring vendors, Finance, and Collaborators stay in sync so learners get what they need, when they need it.

You will own the intake-to-issuance journey, validate details, route approvals, create and maintain POs in our ERP system, track status through fulfillment, and resolve discrepancies while supporting audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake-to-issuance procurement process.
• Validate details and route approvals.
• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in ERP system.
• Track PO status through fulfillment and communicate impacts.
• Coordinate with vendors, Collaborators, and Finance.
• Ensure audit-ready records and supporting documents.
• Participate in process improvements and projects.
