Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support procurement activities, track purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies. This full-time role interfaces with plant teams, vendors, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely deliveries and accurate records.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Excel, and capable of managing multiple orders while communicating effectively with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and follow-through on issues.
• Comfortable collaborating with plant personnel.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management.
• Place and track purchase orders timely.
• Monitor open orders for on-time delivery.
• Follow up with vendors on status and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with plant teams and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Update purchasing data in Excel and internal systems.
• Generate weekly reports for designated plants.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes.
• Perform related administrative and procurement duties.
