Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Purchasing, procurement or vendor coordination experience.
• Administrative experience with service contracts or MSAs.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders for vendors/subcontractors to procure labor or equipment.
• Select appropriate vendor based on job requirements, pricing, and availability.
• Enter and maintain POs in Sage and ServiceTrade with accuracy.
• Attach PO copies to corresponding ServiceTrade jobs.
• Communicate order details and delivery timelines to vendors.
• Follow up on open POs to confirm status and resolve delays.
• Maintain auditable PO records and assist with process improvements.
