Job summary

IT Management Corporation (ITMC) is seeking a Procurement & Operations Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, order fulfillment, and inventory for IT products and customer projects.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, suppliers, and warehouse teams to obtain competitive pricing, maintain records, and ensure timely delivery across networking, security, software, and telecom hardware.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, order management, or logistics.
• Strong quotation analysis and supplier negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and purchasing/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and quotation support with sales and engineering.
• Deal registration and pricing validation to protect margins.
• Purchasing, order management, and PO coordination.
• Delivery tracking and issue resolution for shipments.
• Inventory control, receiving and cycle counts.
• Shipping, logistics coordination including international shipments.
• System maintenance for contacts, catalogs, and pricing.
