You will work with leadership, vendors, and technicians to ensure timely delivery, accurate records, and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. A background in defense-related procurement and a commitment to compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations or equivalent military experience with 5+ years in inventory/procurement/logistics.
• US Citizenship with current secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with data analysis, spreadsheets, and presenting information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to wear multiple hats and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, inventory, and logistics for electronic components, RF equipment, and related materials.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation to field sites and customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Generate and share reports on stock usage, shortages, and order status.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and security requirements.
