This individual will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure resources are available when needed, costs remain controlled, and procurement activities are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities for technology equipment, software subscriptions, licensing, and related services.
• Review incoming requests, validate requirements, and facilitate the procurement process from approval through fulfillment.
• Source pricing and availability information from suppliers and negotiate competitive purchasing options when appropriate.
• Track open orders, delivery schedules, and invoice status to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Maintain organized records of purchases, vendor information, agreements, and procurement documentation.
• Partner with technical and operational teams to understand upcoming technology needs and support planning efforts.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and replenishment activities to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Communicate with suppliers to address shipment delays, billing discrepancies, order modifications, and other procurement-related issues.
• Support initiatives focused on improving purchasing workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.
