Northrop Grumman is seeking a Procurement Manager 2 in Roy, UT to support the Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. You will lead a purchasing team, negotiate terms, and drive supplier performance to meet program goals.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or a master’s with 6+ years) in global supply chain or related fields, are U.S. citizens, and can obtain a DoD Secret clearance. The role offers a 9/80 schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience in Global Supply Chain, U.S. Government contract, or Procurement/Subcontracts.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading processes, and/or projects
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and working knowledge of FAR/DFARs
• 5 years of experience with the procurement of goods including RFQs, bid analysis, negotiating purchase orders, documenting PO requirements and related activities
• Experience managing supplier performance and relationships

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of staff, assigning work priorities and daily assignments to support sector objectives
• Provide direction to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Manage purchasing activities including RFQs, bid analysis, negotiating purchase orders, documenting PO requirements and supplier relationships
• Terms and Conditions negotiations
• Metrics reporting and data analytics
• Engage in supplier sourcing strategy development
• Manage supply chain risks and opportunities
• Cross-functional coordination in and out of the organization
• Engage suppliers for multi-program requirements and long-term agreements
• Support Procurement teams in policies, sourcing, training, and development
• Plan, organize, and assign procurement resources with appropriate knowledge/skills/experience
• Provide independent reviews of procurement products and compliance packages for Audit and leadership
