Zusammenfassung

Beta Technologies seeks a Procurement Manager, Systems and Interiors to drive procurement strategy for aircraft systems and interiors. You will lead a team of buyers and subcontract administrators, partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Programs, and own supplier performance and risk management.

You will develop plans, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved while mentoring a high-performing procurement team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of procurement experience with complex supplier portfolios.
• 3+ years of people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead procurement and subcontracting activities for systems and interiors.
• Develop procurement plans, strategies, SOWs, RFPs, and supplier selections.
• Lead negotiations, contracts, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier performance and mitigate risks to meet cost, quality, and schedule needs.
• Provide leadership across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Programs.
