BETA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management Lead within the Supply Chain team to build and guide a contracting function from strategy to signature.

You will mentor a team of contracting professionals, establish standards and templates, partner with Legal, Procurement, and Finance, and ensure contracts align with business goals while mitigating risk. This leadership role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to shape critical supplier

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in contract management, with >=5 in supply chain/procurement.
• 3+ years in team leadership or supervision.
• Experience negotiating complex vendor/supply agreements.
• Exposure to multiple contract types (purchase, service, partnerships).

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a contracting team.
• Establish contracting standards, processes, and training.
• Maintain contract templates and clauses in collaboration with Legal.
• Lead best practices for all supply agreements and mitigate risk.
• Drive timely contract closure to support supply chain initiatives.
• Present contracts and risks to leadership.
