BETA Technologies, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Team Manager (SCM) to lead procurement and subcontracting for systems and interior components supporting aircraft programs.

You will manage buyers and subcontract administrators, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Program teams to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals. The role requires 10+ years in procurement, 3+ years of people leadership, and aerospace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of procurement experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience managing complex supplier portfolios and procurement categories
• Experience in aerospace category management of aerospace system & interior categories
• Experience with global suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and subcontracting activities for systems, interiors, and related components.
• Develop procurement plans, acquisition strategies, SOWs, RFPs, and supplier selection recommendations.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, pricing, and other supplier agreements.
• Manage supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and schedule.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks and support production readiness and ramp.
• Provide commercial and procurement leadership during program and supplier reviews.
