Oasis Luxury Smart Homes in California is seeking a Purchasing, Inventory & Administrative Specialist to support purchasing, inventory, accounting data entry, and vendor logistics for our Southern California operations. We have showrooms in Anaheim and CDM, reporting to the Anaheim office.

The role emphasizes precise record-keeping, clean data, and cross-team collaboration to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently across warehouse, purchasing, and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, purchasing, inventory management, or related operations.
• Experience with accounting data entry or light accounts payable preferred.
• Proficiency with purchasing, inventory, or ERP software; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders for California projects and warehouse stock.
• Confirm pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines with approved vendors.
• Track order status, shipments, and delivery confirmations.
• Reconcile received items and vendor invoices against POs, quotes, and packing lists.
• Partner with Finance/AP to resolve discrepancies and missing invoices.
• Record and reconcile one-off employee credit-card purchases and enter into accounting system.
• Maintain organized vendor, purchasing, and transaction records for clean audit trails.
• Enter purchasing, inventory, and vendor data into the accounting system accurately.
• Assist the CFO with light accounting tasks: review vendor statements, invoices, audits, and AP docs.
• Support month-end tasks related to purchasing and inventory.
