Responsibilities

• Communicate with Vendors, Suppliers, Field Staff, and Project Managers.
• Manage inventory forecasts to ensure efficient and timely flow of inventory.
• Handle project documentation, permit applications, and client coordination.
• Resolve back orders with timely delivery or alternative sources.
• Address receiving discrepancies with the manufacturer.
• Negotiate inventory re-balancing with suppliers.
