Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Inventory Coordinator at our Raymore, MO facility. The role centers on accurate inventory management, process improvement, and collaboration with leaders to prevent losses.

Ideal candidates will show excellent math and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office and RF equipment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe, Organized, Clean, and Secure environment.
• Perform Daily Inventory Counts and Monthly Full Inventory Counts.
• Control flow of equipment and supplies; report to management and advise on process improvements.
• Develop loss mitigation processes and protocols; train less experienced team members.
• Compile inventory reports; partner with Purchaser to maintain thresholds.
• Receive and process all supply shipments; complete BOL reconciliation.
