The role emphasizes math, attention to detail, and collaboration with leaders to improve procedures and prevent losses. You will perform daily and monthly counts, monitor thresholds, receive shipments, and train junior staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory or procurement is preferred.
• Strong math, budgeting, and cost-control abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe, Organized, Clean, and Secure environment.
• Daily Inventory Counts
• Monthly Full Inventory Counts
• Controls flow of equipment and supplies.
• Reports to management and advises on process improvements.
• Develop loss mitigation processes and protocols.
• Trains less experienced inventory team members.
• Compiles inventory reports.
• Partners with Purchaser to ensure inventory is within thresholds.
• Receive and process all supply shipments.
• BOL reconciliation.
• General Inventory research.
• Pays close attention to detail and sustains productivity.
• Maintains clean and organized inventory locations.
• Monitor supply thresholds.
• All other duties assigned to the Purchasing Specialist/Procurement Manager.
