Job summary

FIT Technologies LLC is seeking a Purchasing Specialist in Cleveland, OH to lead procurement, inventory, and logistics across multiple clients. You will coordinate vendor selection, purchasing decisions, and lifecycle management while aligning with budgets and client needs.

The role requires strong communication, Excel/Word proficiency, and ability to manage complex procurement while supporting asset deployment, shipping, and delivery activities for client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to document and relay information clearly.
• Ability to follow processes and reach deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Excel to analyze data and generate client-ready reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements.
• Analyze vendor quotes and recommend procurement decisions.
• Negotiate terms and manage purchasing lifecycle including POs and documentation.
• Manage inventory and asset records across multiple clients and locations.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics activities and ensure accuracy.
