Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement or supplier management.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, procure-to-pay processes, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and support cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procure-to-pay activities and data management.
• Manage contract tracking, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain supplier records including onboarding and profile updates.
• Coordinate supplier evaluations, reporting, and corrective action processes.
• Support procurement quality system compliance, including IATF 16949 activities.
• Participate in supplier audits and process improvement projects.
• Develop procedures, training materials, and provide system training to users.
• Other duties as assigned.
