Job summary

Inland Label And Marketing Services seeks a Procurement Support Specialist to coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring cost-effective pricing and timely delivery. You will serve as a liaison between suppliers, internal departments, and end users to maintain smooth purchasing workflows and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities include quoting, order expediting, inventory management, supplier communication, and data maintenance in SYSPRO and QlikSense.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, supply chain or finance.
• 3 years of related work experience, or combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong partner engagement and relationship development skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with willingness to learn additional systems.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes, place and expedite orders with approved suppliers and create purchase orders.
• Prepare and process purchase orders according to policies and budget constraints.
• Communicate pricing, availability, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with goals and management directives.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain scorecards.
• Maintain stock code data in SYSPRO and enter new part numbers.
• Publish applicable reports via QlikSense.
