Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Finance.
• 3 years of related work experience, or combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Strong business partner engagement and relationship development skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn additional systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes, place and expedite orders with approved suppliers; create purchase orders; coordinate with scheduling to ensure availability; track orders for on-time delivery; prepare requisitions for approval.
• Prepare and process purchase orders for materials, supplies, and equipment per policy and budget.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain target inventory levels and stock code information in the Inland ERP system (SYSPRO).
• Enter new part numbers in the ERP; monitor inventory levels and suggest adjustments.
• Monitor supplier performance and contribute to supplier scorecards.
• Produce and publish reports via QlikSense.
• Support process improvements in procurement and inventory control.
