Qualifications

• Ability to manage travel arrangements and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing: Support multiple offices, review POs, obtain quotes, and process invoices; weekly credit card reconciliation.
• HMA Lease Program: Manage employee leases, documentation, approvals, and invoicing.
• Portal Management: Onboarding/offboarding profiles; travel request approvals and inquiries.
• K-SOX Compliance: Review purchase requests and invoices; report non-compliances monthly.
• Circle O Plan: Generate certificates upon requests.
• Travel arrangements as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
