The Procurement Planning Administrator is responsible for developing and executing logistics procurement strategies, managing supplier evaluation programs, and supporting sourcing initiatives that enhance procurement effectiveness and competitive advantage across the Americas region. The role oversees procurement governance, process standardization, procurement systems administration, market intelligence, and continuous improvement efforts while collaborating with regional subsidiaries and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency. Additionally, the position analyzes supplier performance, procurement data, and industry trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen regional procurement capabilities. Success in the role requires strong logistics procurement and supply chain knowledge, supplier relationship management skills, analytical and data interpretation capabilities, procurement systems expertise, process improvement proficiency, and the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse business functions and regional organizations.
