Qualifications

• One year as Fiscal Assistant or three years of work maintaining fiscal/financial records with accounting knowledge.
• High school diploma required; or an Associate degree in accounting or business administration; or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Process purchasing tasks and support district/county staff
• Prepare quotes, specifications, contracts, and purchasing documents with accurate records
• Enter information into SAP to resolve encumbrances, invoices, and payments
• Review purchasing card activity, correct coding errors, and update records
• Monitor inventory and coordinate distribution of materials and equipment
• Attend procurement training and stay updated on policies and procedures
