Job summary

LOTTE BIOLOGICS in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Procurement Excellence Lead to optimize procurement operations, contract management, supplier performance, and data governance. You will develop KPIs, dashboards, and cost-reduction strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement or regulated environments, strong analytics with SAP/Ariba/Power BI, and leadership in process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in procurement/supply chain or regulated environment.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Excel, and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience in cGMP/pharma preferred.
• Certifications CPIM CSCP CPSM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish procurement standards, improve visibility, and drive accountability across procurement processes.
• Own procurement KPI tracking, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Manage contract tracking, renewal awareness, KPI linkage, and risk analysis.
• Lead supplier onboarding, NDA execution, contract review, and negotiation support.
• Develop supplier performance scorecards and business reviews to improve accountability.
• Coordinate vendor setup and data governance for new suppliers.
• Lead invoicing governance and KPI tracking for invoices and trends.
• Prepare spend analyses and track savings vs. targets.
• Collect and visualize procurement data using SAP, Ariba, Excel, and Power BI.
• Manage procurement improvement projects to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with site teams for procurement planning and contract readiness.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on procurement best practices.
