Job summary

1046 Health Network Laboratories LLC is seeking a Sourcing and Contract Specialist to manage procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations. You will oversee contract lifecycle activities, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance, and drive cost savings while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in sourcing or contract management, with healthcare or regulated-industry exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in sourcing, procurement or contract management.
• Experience leading sourcing events and contract negotiations in ERP/contract systems.
• Healthcare, laboratory, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities across the organization.
• Source products and services in accordance with organizational policies and business requirements.
• Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supplier agreements within delegated authority.
• Review, negotiate, execute, amend, renew, and terminate supplier contracts.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct spends analysis, benchmarking, and market research to identify sourcing opportunities and cost savings.
• Prepare contract summaries, sourcing recommendations, and business case documentation.
• Ensure procurement and contracting activities comply with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
