Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba, ETQ, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong customer-service mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, manage, and renew logistics, warehousing, and travel-related contracts with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with Travel Management Company and providers, including contract administration and policy compliance.
• Optimize travel spend through reporting and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and supplier selection for logistics, warehousing, and travel services.
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage supplier scorecards to drive accountability and improvement.
• Serve as liaison between Logistics, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
• Manage procure-to-pay for logistics, including SAP Ariba requisitions, invoice resolution, and sourcing consumables.
• Coordinate PQI documentation with third-party manufacturing partners.
• Lead logistics and travel projects with timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Oversee transition to new Travel Management Company, including coordination and communications.
• Maintain corporate travel intranet with policies and traveler resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
