Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or regulated ops.
• Experience with sourcing, contracting, supplier management, spend analysis, or invoicing.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, and reporting tools to support procurement.
• Experience in cGMP/pharma/regulatory environment preferred.
• Certification such as CPIM/CSCP/CPSM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish procurement standards and improve visibility across processes.
• Own procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Lead vendor setup, NDAs, contract reviews, and negotiations.
• Create supplier scorecards and conduct business reviews.
• Oversee invoicing governance and KPI tracking.
• Prepare spend analyses and track savings against goals.
• Analyze procurement data using SAP/Ariba/Excel/Power BI for decisions.
• Lead improvement projects to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute site priorities.
• Provide training and mentorship on procurement best practices.
