Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and scale the procurement program across the organization. You will manage a small team, drive strategic supplier relationships, and optimize spend while delivering compliant, high-value purchases for a fast-growing SaaS company.

In this role you will partner with FP&A, Security, IT, and Legal to redefine procurement processes, implement innovative tools, and educate teams to ensure consistent, efficient procurement practices across the globe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Procurement with people management experience
• Experience with SaaS vendors and procurement programs
• Strong data management and analytics skills
• Ability to negotiate and build vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a two-person procurement team
• Execute complex procurement projects across functions
• Collaborate with FP&A, Security, IT, and Legal on purchasing
• Build relationships with vendors to maximize value
• Promote AI-driven process improvements in procurement
• Provide procurement training for Mixpanel staff
• Shape and communicate a compelling vision for procurement
